Not satisfied?
If you received your item in good condition but still want to return it, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.
Just send us an email at info@boobreeze.com and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund your purchase (excluding return shipping costs).
Received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’ll take care of it. Please email us at info@boobreeze.com within 14 days of delivery, and include a clear photo or video showing the issue. We’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly.
Quick Return Guidelines:
✅ Returns for unwanted items: within 30 days of delivery
✅ Report damaged/incorrect items: within 14 days of delivery
✅ Always use insured & trackable shipping for returns
✅ Items must be returned in original (preferably undamaged) packaging
✅ Use sturdy packaging to avoid damage during return transit
✅ Return shipping costs are at your own expense
✅ Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return
We cannot issue a refund if:
✖️ The return is requested after 30 days (or after 14 days for damaged/incorrect items)
✖️ Items arrive damaged or lost due to poor packaging
✖️ Return shipping costs
